FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation
hereby GRANT(S) to Glen Lorna Corporation and Deerpark LLC, a California Limited Liability company, as
successors in interest to Filice Estate Vineyards (Formerly known as San Martin Vineyards) the real property in
the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
described as SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
This quitclaim deed is executed by the undersigned, a party to the hereinafter referenced agreement
and as successor to the County of Santa Clara, which shall give notice of the termination of that
certain Easement Agreement filed on November 7, 1991 in Book L923 page 1163 Official Records,
County of Santa Clara and that the terms, conditions and provisions set forth therein shall have no
further force or effect upon the land affected thereby nor of the owners of said land or their
successors in interest.
