City of Gilroy, a public entity, (hereinafter referred to as City) does hereby Remise, Release and
Forever Quitclaim and Release any present and after Acquired Title to the Santa Clara Valley
Transportation Authority, (hereinafter referred to as VT A), in and to all that real property in the
City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described in
Exhibits attached hereto and made a part hereof, which descriptions by these references are
incorporated herein.
City, by this reservation, does not accept an obligation for the repair or maintenance of any
bridge, roadway, or other structure installed by VT A.
In Witness whereof, said corporation has caused its corporate name to be hereunto
subscribed and its corporate seal to be atrned hereto, this 8 th day

All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California being
a portion of Parcel 2 as shown on that certain Parcel Map filed for record in Book 560 of Maps at pages
12 and 13, Santa Clara County Records described as follows:
A TEMPORARY EASEMENT to expire December 31, 2005 for construction purposes and incidents
thereto, under, upon, over and across that certain real property described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the westerly line of Parcel 2 as shown on that certain Parcel Map filed for
record in Book 746 of Maps at pages 42 & 43, Santa Clara County Records; said point bears, along said
westerly line, SooI6'12"E 8.052 meters from the northwest comer of said Parcel 2; thence from said
POINT OF BEGINNING N89004'32"W 42.921 meters; thence N89052'27"W 14.336 meters; thence
Noo55'28"E 1.856 meters; thence N88056'13"W 60.000 meters; thence Soo55'28'W 2.000 meters; thence
N88056'13''W 50.000 meters; thence Soo55'28"W 3.000 meters to a point in" a line parallel with and
distant 3.000 meters southerly, measured at right angles, from above said course with a length of 50.000
meters; thence along said parallel line and lines parallel with and distant 3.000 meters easterly and
