City of Gilroy, a public entity, (hereinafter referred to as City) does hereby Remise, Release and
Forever Quitclaim and' Release any present and after Acquired Title to the Santa Clara Valley
Transport~tion Authority, (hereinafter referred to as VT A), in and to all that real property in the
City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described in
Exhibits attached hereto and made a part hereof, which descriptions by these references are
incorporated herein.
City, by this reservation, does not accept an obligation for the repair or maintenance of any
bridge, roadway, or other structure installed by VT A.
In Witness whereof, said corporation has caused its corporate name to be hereunto
subscribed and its corporate seal to be affixed hereto, this 8th day

All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California being
a portion of Parcel A as shown on that certain Parcel Map filed for record in Book 681 of Maps at page 5,
Santa Clara County Records, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Parcel A; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING, along
the northerly line of said Parcel A, from a tangent bearing ofN87046'49'W, along a curve to the left with
a radius of 897.647 meters, through a central angle of 0031 '52" for an arc length of 8.319 meters to the
northwest corner of said Parcel A; thence along a northwesterly line of said Parcel A, S21041 '46'E 9.141
meters; thence leaving said northwesterly line, from a tangent bearing of S88001 '02"E, along a curve to
the right with a radius of 901.130 meters, through a central angle of 003 I '48" for an arc length of 8.338
meters to a point in the northeasterly line of said Parcel A; thence along said northeasterly line
N21041 '46'W 9.187 meters to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 69.8 square meters of land, more or less.

Zone 3, Epoch 1991.35. Multiply distances shown by 0.9999899 to obtain ground level distances.
