Offer Of Dedication To The City Of Gilroy For Public Street/Public Use Easement
Public Street
Being a portion of Lot 21 as shown on that certain "Map of Henry Miller's Subdivision of Las Animas
Ranch lot 23" as filed September 4, 1893 in Book 'H' of Maps, at Page 5, Records of Santa Clara County,
California, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the centerline of Kern Avenue (shown as Avenue 'K' on said Map), at the
northwesterly comer of that certain 4.00 acre tract ofland described in the Deed from Charles L. Boyce, Et
Ux, to Alva D. Sewell as recorded on April 4, 1946 in Book 1337, at Page 442, Official Records of said
County, said Point of Beginning being South 1000' West 600.66 feet from the northwesterly comer of Lot
22 as said Lot is shown on said Map; thence from said Point of Beginning along said centerline of Kern
A venue North 1000' East 60.00 feet; thence leaving said centerline along a line parallel to the northerly line
of said 4.00 acre tract of land South 89000' East 35.00 feet; thence along a line parallel with said centerline
South 1000' West 60.00 feet to said northerly line of said 4.00 acre tract of land; thence along said
northerly line North 89000' West 35.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 2,100 square feet of land, more or less.
Public Use Easement
A public use easement, 10 foot in width, for the installation, maintenance, repair or replacement of public
utility facilities and any appurtenances thereto lying under, over, on and across a portion of Lot 21 as
shown on that certain "Map of Henry Miller's Subdivision of Las Animas Ranch lot 23" as filed September
4, 1893 in Book 'H' of Maps, at Page 5, Records of Santa Clara County, California, the westerly line of
said easement being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of that certain 4.00 acre tract of land described in the Deed
from Charles L. Boyce, Et Ux, to Alva D. Sewell as recorded on April 4, 1946 in Book 1337, at Page 442,
Official Records of said County, said Point of Beginning being South 89000' East 35.00 feet from the

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the grant deed dated
November 9,2001 from Gregory Jaso and Stephanie Jaso, to the City of Gilroy, a municipal
corporation of the State of California, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on
behalf ofthe City of Gilroy pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 99-90 of the City
of Gilroy adopted December 20, 1999, a certified copy of which resolution is on record in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, document
