'PARCEL ONE:
A strip of land 35 feet wide over the northeasterly portion
of the land described in the Grant Deed from Tobias to Churchill
recorded in Book C 106 Official Records at Page 408, Santa Clara
County records, the northeasterly line of which is more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the easterly corner of said parcel, thence N 22
20'W, 264.00 feet more or less to the northerly corner of said
parcel and containing 9240 square feet more or less.
PARCEL TWO:
Public Utility Easement:
A ten foot wide strip of land adjacent to the above described
street right of way the easterly line of which is the westerly
line of the above described street right of way and is more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of the parcel of
land described in said Book C 106 O.R. 408, distant southwesterly
35.00 feet from the easterly corner of said parcel; thence N 22
20' 00" W, 264.00 feet to the northwesterly line of said parcel
and the terminus.
PARCEL THREE:
Temporary Construction Easement:
A 25 foot wide temporary construction easement adjacent to
the above described street right of way. Said construction
