A 5.5 foot wide strip of land running along the south-
westerly line of Church Street (75 foot wide) required for street
widening being further described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the southerly
line of that certain parcel of land conveyed in the deed to Gloria
v. Frisone recorded on October 30, 1962 in Book 5773 of Official
Records, at Page 250, Santa Clara County Records, with the south-
westerly line of Church Street, as said line was established in
the Deed to the City of Gilroy, recorded on October 3, 1966 in
Book 7522 of Official Records, at Page 450, Santa Clara County
Records; thence from said point of beginning, N 410 25' 30" W
along said southwesterly line of Church Street 490.49 feet;
Thence leaving said southwesterly line S 880 33' 19"W,
7.18 feet; thence parallel 43.00 feet at right angles to the
centerline of said-Church Street S 410 25' 30"E, 490.23 feet;
thence along said southerly line N 890 53' 45"E, 7.35 feet to
the point of beginning and containing 0.062 acres of land more or
less.

CERTIF'ICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF CONVEYANCE TO THE CITY OF GILROY
BY L & L ENTERPRISES, A GENERAL PARTNERSHIP
I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do
hereby certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution
No. 944, adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th
day of July, 1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified
copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book
7027, page 228, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on
behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
L & L Enterprises, a general partnership of the premises
described in the attached conveyance dated the 29th day of
June
, 19 77 , and that the said City of Gilroy
consents to the recordation of said conveyance.
