TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT DEED
Feng-Chou Chao and Chiu-King Chao, do hereby grant to the City of Gilroy all that real
property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described as:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, which description is by this
reference incorporated herein.
Said temporary construction easement is required for the purposes of a construction
staging area in the widening of Leavesley Road. Said temporary construction easement shall
continue in full force and effect from March 1, 1996 through December 31, 1997.

Legal Description
A portion of Lot 10 of the subdivision of the Southerly portion
of Las Animas Ranch Lot No. 34 and Sublot No. 2 according to the
map thereof recorded October 8, 1909 in Book M of Maps, Page 79, of
Offical Records in the Office of the County Recorder of the County
of Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
A TEMPORARY EASEMENT to terminate on December 31, 1997, for
construction purposes and incidentals thereto, upon, over and
across the following described parcel of land:
Commencing at a point in the Northwesterly line of Leavesley Road,
being distant thereon N.65018'08"E., 182.38 feet from the
Northeasterly terminus of the line designated as " N 640 40' E
85.08' " and shown upon that Parcel Map entitled " Lot Line
Adjustment Between Parcels 3 & 4 Book 546 of Maps, Page 44 "and
filed January 10, 1986 in Book 554 of Maps at Page 31 of Official
Records of said county; thence along said Northwesterly line of
Leavesley Road N.65018'08"E., 96.02 feet to the Southwesterly line
of Parcel A as shown on the last said parcel map; thence along last
said Southwesterly line N. 21041' 52"W. , 2 0.03 feet; thence
S.65018'08"W., 96.02 feet to the Northeasterly line of the lands of
Mulch; thence along last said Northeasterly line S.21041'52"E.,
20.03 to the point of commencement.
CONTAINING 1920 square feet, more or less.
The bearings and distances used in the above description are on
the California Coordinate System of 1927, Zone 3. Multiply the
above distances by 0.9999982 to obtain ground level distances.
This easement description has been prepared by me, or under my
direction, in conformance with the Professional Land Surveyors Act.
