Ezequiel Contreras and Irene J. Contreras, do hereby grant to the City of Gilroy all that real
property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described as:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, which description is by this
reference incorporated herein.
Said temporary construction easement is required for the purposes of a construction
staging area in the widening of Leavesley Road. Said temporary construction easement shall
continue in full force and effect from March 1, 1996 through December 31, 1997.

Legal Description
A portion of Lot 10 of the subdivision of the Southerly portion
of Las Animas Ranch Lot No. 34 and Sublot No. 2 according to the
map thereof recorded October 8, 1909 in Book M of Maps, Page 79, of
Offical Records in the Office of the County Recorder of the County
of Santa Clara, State of California, described as follows:
A TEMPORARY EASEMENT to terminate on December 31, 1997, for
construction purposes and incidentals thereto, upon, over and
across the following described parcel of land:
Commencing at a point in the Northwesterly line of Leavesley Road,
being also the Northeasterly terminus of the line designated as "
N 640 40' E 85.08' " and shown upon that Parcel Map entitled" Lot
Line Adjustment Between Parcels 3 & 4 Book 546 of Maps, Page 44 "
and filed January 10, 1986 in Book 554 of Maps at Page 31 of
Official Records of said county; thence along said Northwesterly
line of Leaves ley Road N. 65018' 08 "E. , 62.09 feet to the
southwesterly line of the lands of O'Brien; thence along last said
Southwesterly line N.21041'52"W., 20.03 feet; thence S.65018'08"W.,
62.09 feet to the Northeasterly line of last said "Lot Line
Adjustment"; thence along last said Northeasterly line
S.21041'52"E., 20.03 to the point of commencement.
CONTAINING 1242 square feet, more or less.
