property in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described as:
See Exhibit "A-I" attached hereto and made a part hereof, which description is by this
reference incorporated herein.
Together with a temporary construction easement for the widening of Leavesley Avenue.
Said temporary construction easement shall commence on March 1, 1996 and shall terminate on
December 31, 1997. Said temporary construction easement is more particularly described as
follows:

filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of
Santa Clara, state of California, on February 21, 1973 in Book 317
of Maps, at Page 10, Santa Clara County Records, described as

commencing at the intersection of the Southeastern line of
Leavesley Road with the Southwestern line of Swanston Lane as said
Road and Lane are shown on said Parcel Map, also being the most
