All that real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
A portion of that certain parcel of land described in the Deed by Albert Burne, et ux, to Rudolph L.
Stuckey, et ux, recorded December 14, 1945 in Book 1322 at page 57, Official Records, which is also a
portion of Tract 8750 "Glenbrook" Unit No. 1, delineated on the Map thereof recorded September 8, 1995
in Book 669 at pages 49 and 50, Santa Clara County Records, more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL 1:
Beginning at a point in the general Easterly boundary line of Santa Teresa Boulevard and its intersection
with the Southerly line of that parcel of land referred to above (Stuckey), said point marked by a 1" iron
pipe as said street and pipe are shown on the Record of Survey of a portion of Morey Avenue (now Santa
Teresa Boulevard) filed March 9, 1979 in Book 437 at pages 14 to 16, Santa Clara County Records, and
running thence along said Easterly line North 040 45' 00" East 20.09 feet; thence leaving said Easterly line,
along the Northern boundary of said parcel of land (Stuckey) North 890 40' 00" East 225.01 feet to a point
on a non - tangent curve to the right, from which point a radial line 1147.00 feet long bears North 16° 56'
27" West; thence Westerly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 3° 57' 33" a distance
of 79.26 feet to a point on the Southerly line of said parcel of land (Stuckey), from which point a radial line
bears North 120 58' 53" West; thence along said Southerly line South 89° 40' 00" West 150.12 feet to the
point of beginning.

Commencing at a point in the general Easterly boundary line of Santa Teresa Boulevard and its
intersection with the Southerly line of that parcel of land referred to above (Stuckey) said point marked by

a non - tangent curve to the left, from which point a radial line 1147.00 feet long bears North 12° 58' 53"
West and the point of beginning; thence Easterly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of
30 57' 33" a distance of 79.26 feet to a point on the Northerly line of said parcel of land (Stuckey), from
which point a radial line bears North 160 56' 27" West; thence along said Northerly line North 89° 40' 00"
East 322.48 feet; thence South 040 56' 56" West 20.10 feet to a point on said Southerly line (Stuckey);
thence along said Southerly line South 890 40' 00" West 397.30 feet to the point of beginning.
