PARCEL ONE

BEGINNING at the Southwesterly corner of that certain 5.332 acre tract
of land described as Parcel One in the Deed from Edwin J. Valencia
et ux, to Title Insurance and Trust Company, a corporation, dated
November 23, 1965, recorded November 24, 1965 in Book 7189 Official
Records, page 219, Santa Clara County Records, in the Southerly line
of that certain 22.2 acre tract of land described in the Deed from
Anna Schmidt to Maitland Alfred Chappell, et ux, dated January 2, 1958,
recorded January 7, 1958 in Book 3976 Official Records, page 457,
Santa Clara County Records; thence from said point of beginning North
00 10' 22" West along the Westerly line of said 5.332 acre tract for
a distance of 749.09 feet to a point in the Northerly line of said
22.2 acre tract; thence South 840 19' West along the Northerly line of
said 22.2 acre tract for a distance of 735.90 feet to the Northwesterly
corner thereof; thence South 10 10' East along the Westerly line of
said 22.2 acre tract for a distance of 679 feet, more or less, to the
Southwesterly corner thereof; thence North 890 50' East along the

at the Southeasterly corner of that certain 50.53 acre tract of
land described in the Deed from Wilford E. Jordan to Anna Schmidt,
dated May 15, 1946, recorded May 15, 1946 in Book 1358 of Official
Records, page 128, Santa Clara County Records; running thence from
said point of beginning South 890 50' West and along the Southerly
line of the 50.53 acre tract, 2669 feet, more or less, to the South-
westerly corner of the above described Parcel One and the terminus
of said right of way.
