5536 made in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the
County of Santa Clara, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Kern Avenue distant thereon South
10 24' 30u East 158.43 feet from the point of intersection thereof with the
Southerly line of Lot 35, as shown upon the Map of Jas. A. Clayton and Co.'s
Subdivision of Las Animas Ranch Lot 31, and part of Las Animas Ranch Lot 30 as
recorded in Book V of Maps, pages 1 and 2, Records of Santa Clara County;
running thence along said Westerly line of Kern Avenue South 10 24' 30u East
156.90 feet to the Southeasterly corner of that certain Parcel of land conveyed
by Guido Frank Barozzi et ux to Frank E. Chick et al by deed dated February 14,
1948 and recorded February 21, 1948 in Book 1570 of Official Records, page 181,
Santa Clara County Records; thence leaving said line of Kern Avenue and running
