described in that deed recorded in Book 1870, Page 304 in the
Official Records of said County, bounded by a line more
particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the southeasterly corner of said lands, said corner
being shown on that Record of Survey filed in Book 212 of Maps, at
Page 46, in said County's Records; thence along the easterly line
of said lands N.4045'00"E. (N.4050'E.) 35.01 'feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being a point of curvature; thence
leaving said easterly line along a curve to the left having a
radius of 185.00 feet, through a central angle of 39051'37", an
arc distance of 128.70 feet to a point of tangency; thence
N.35006'37"W. 83.99 feet; thence along a non-tangent curve to the
left having a chord bearing of N.52055'09"E., radius of 1053.00
