California, in and for the County of Santa Clara, and being more

BEGI~NING at the intersection of the southeasterly line
of Ninth Street with the northeasterly line of Alexander
Street, being the most westerly corner of that certain
Parcel of Land conveyed to Mike J. Conrotto and Margaret
Conrotto, his wife, by Deed recorded June 25, 1980 in
Book F 394 at page 456, Official Records of Santa Clara
