line of Monterey Street with the Northwesterly line of Lewis
Street; thence along the Northeasterly line of Monterey Street,
N. 200 00' W. 138.35 feet to the intersection of the Northeasterly
line of Monterey Street with the Southeasterly line of that certain
three inch strip of land convyeed by K. S. Hersman to George
B. Page and Richard H. McKeon by Deed dated February 27, 1948,
