All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwesterly comer of Lot C of the Perry Dowdy Subdivision, a
map of which was filed for record in Book I of Maps at page 143, Santa Clara County
Records; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING along the common line of said Lot C
and Lot D of said Perry Dowdy Subdivision S89045'15"E 2366.32 feet to the
Northeasterly comer of said Lot C; said point lying on the centerline of Santa Teresa
Boulevard (formerly Morey Avenue), 40.00 feet wide, as shown on above said map of
the Perry Dowdy Subdivision; thence leaving said common line along said centerline of
Santa Teresa Boulevard S04055'54"W 46.15 feet; thence leaving said centerline along a
line parallel with and distant 46.00 feet Southerly of above said common line of Lots C
and D N89045'15"W 1092.25 feet; thence leaving said parallel line along a tangent curve
to the right with a radius of 311.00 feet through a central angle of 7024'07" for an arc
length of 40.18 feet to a point of reverse curvature; along a tangent curve to the left with
a radius of 289.00 feet through a central angle of 7024'07" for an arc length of 37.34 feet
to a point in a line parallel with and distant 41.00 feet Southerly of above said common
