All that certain real property lying within the City of Gilroy,
Santa Clara County, State of California, described as follows:
Being a portion of Lot 1 Block 1, as shown on that certain Map
.entitled "Map of North Gilroy Tract", which was filed for re-
cord in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara
State of California, on October 3, 1927 in Book "W" of Maps at
Page(s) 14 and 15; being a parcel of land for dedication to the
City of Gilroy for street and roadway purposes, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the southerly boundary
of Liman Avenue (40' wide) and the easterly boundary of Lilly
Avenue, (40' wide) thence along the southerly boundary of
Liman Avenue
1. N 880 35' 00" E, 24.74 feet to the point of cusp of a tan-
gent curve; thence departing said southerly boundary of
