The land referred to in this Policy is situated in the County of Santa Clara, City of Gilroy
State of California, and is described as follows:
Being a portion of that certain Parcel Five of land described in
"Decree Establishing the Fact of Death and Terminating Joint
Tenancy" and vesting title to Elizabeth Steidley as ordered by
the Superior Court in and for the County of Santa Clara, California,
on July 14, 1964, and filed for record in the Office of the Santa
Clara County, California, Recorder in Book 6584 of Official Records
at page 273 therein and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of 'said parcel five on
the common line between Las Animas Ranch Lots 44 and 45; thence
along said common line South 89009'35" East 32.78 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 2023'27" West 322.34 feet to the
point of tangency with a 778 foot radius curve to the left; thence
along the arc of said 778 foot radius curve through a central angle
of 16055'23" an arc distance of 229.79 feet; thence South 70041'10"
West 21 feet; thence North 19018'50" West 111.57 feet fo the point
of tangency with a 40 foot radius curve to the left; thence along
