COMMENCING at the northwesterly comer of said Parcel 2, said comer lying on the centerline of Ronan
A venue as shown on said Map; thence along the northerly boundary of said Parcel and said centerline
North 88035' East 6.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said centerline along a
line parallel to the westerly boundary of said Parcel 2 South 1025' East 25.00 feet; thence along a line
