Beginning at the corner common to Lots 6 and 7 in the cente~ line of Murray Avenue,
166 feet wide, as said Lots and Avenue are shown upon the Map hereinafter referred
to, and running thence along the line common to said Lot 6, 67 deg. 40' W., 785.49
feet to an iron pipe from which a 2" x 3" stake at the Westerly common corner to said
Lot bears S. 67 deg. 40' W., 40.00 feet; thence parallel with the Southwesterly line
of said Lot 7, S. 22 deg. 20' E., 264.28 feet to a 2" x 3" stake in the line common
to Lots 7 and 8, as shown on said Map, thence along said line N. 67 deg. 40' E.,
547.28 feet to an iron pipe distant along said line S. 67 deg. 40' W. 238.21 feet
