comer being on the northerly line of State Route 152, also known as the Hecker Pass

southerly line of which is the northerly line of PARCEL 1 (60936 -1), previously
described in this document. The northerly line of this easement shall be extended to
terminate at the easterly line of the parcel described in said Grant Deed (Book 3830,
page 334).
Containing 1,312 square meters (14,120 square feet), more or less.
The bearings and distances used in the above descriptions are on the California
Coordinate System, of 1983, Zone 3. Multiply the above distances by 0.9999882 to obtain
