Certificate of Acceptance of Conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
S & S Warehouse, LLC
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Easement Grant Deed
dated January 8, 2014 from S & S Warehouse, LLC to the City of Gilroy, a municipal
corporation of the State of California, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on
behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 2008 -56 of the
City of Gilroy adopted December 15, 2008, a certified copy of which resolution is on record in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, document
#20093294, dated January 9, 2009 and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly
authorized officer.

BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the northwesterly line of Ranch Lot 44 as shown on
Map No. 7 accompanying the Report of the Referees in the Partition Action of Henry Miller, et
al, vs. Massey Thomas, et al, in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the
County of Santa Clara, Case No. 5536, with the northeasterly line of Monterey Road, as said
northeasterly line was established by the deed from Wareco, Ltd., a corporation, to the State of
California, dated June 22, 1949 and recorded July 28, 1949 in Book 1824 of Official Records,
page 419, and Relinquished to the City of Gilroy on that Document recorded June 3, 1975 in
Book 8443 of Official Records, page 299, Santa Clara County Records; thence along said
northeasterly line of said Monterey Road, South 19 °58'23" East 11.47 feet; thence leaving said
northeasterly line North 14 000'34" East 16.15' feet to the northwesterly line of said parcel as
described in Document No. 22187813; thence running parallel with the line between said Ranch
Lot 44 and said Sub -lot 21A as shown on maps accompanying the Report of the Referees in
said partition action, South 700 00' West 13.05 feet, to the northeasterly line of Monterey Street
and southwesterly line of said Sub -lot 21A; thence along said northeasterly line of Monterey
Street South 210 25' East 1.92 feet, more or less to the line between said Ranch Lot 44 and said
