NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
WHEREAS, the undersigned "Owner" is the owner of the real property described in attached
Exhibit "A," which is a legally subdivided and separately owned portion of the land described in
Land Conservation Agreement Contract No. 68 -128, recorded on February 28, 1969 in Book
8451, Page 78 of Official Records of the Santa Clara County Recorder;
WHEREAS, the owner desires a nonrenewal of said Agreement as to the real property described
in Exhibit "A ";
NOW, THEREFORE, the Owner declares that said Agreement is NOT TO BE RENEWED,
effective this date.
