IMPORTANT NOTICE
I IF YOUR PROPERTY IS IN FORECLOSURE BECAUSE YOU ARE BEHIND IN
YOUR PAYMENTS IT MAY BE SOLD WITHOUT ANY COURT ACTION, and you have
the legal right to bring your account in good standing by paying all
of your past due payments plus permitted costs and expenses within
three months from the date this Notice of Default was recorded.

will increase until your account becomes current. You may not have

Notice is hereby given by the undersigned that under that.
certain Deed of Trust dated May 8, 1984, executed by Gavilan Enter-
prises, Ltd., a California Limited Partnership, as Trustor, in which
Truckee River Bank, a California Banking corporation, is named as
Beneficiary, and Safeco Title Insurance Company, as Trustee, and
recorded May 8, 1984, in Book 1522, Page 483, as Instrument Number.
80- 57219, Official Records of Santa Clara County, California; and
with respect to which a Substitution of Trustee has been recorded on
_Nnv_ R , 1985, at Book _j514., Page 1738_, Instrument Number
P990192 , Official Records of Santa Clara County, California,
whereby the Beneficiary substituted Stephen C. Lieberman for Safeco
Title Insurance Company, as Trustee; that a breach of the obliga-
tion for which the Deed of Trust is security has occurred; that the
nature of such breach As the failure to pay the sums due under the
said Deed of Trust; that by reason thereof the undersigned hereby
declares the indebtedness and all sums secured by that Deed of Trust
are immediately due and payable and that the undersigned hereby
elects to sell, or cause to be sold, the trust property to satisfy
that obligation.
