FINAL ORDER OF CONDEMNATION
It appearing to the Court that payment has been made in accordance with the
Stipulation for Entry of Judgment in Eminent Domain and Withdrawal of Court Deposit;
Judgment Thereon, heretofore entered on January 20, 2000 in the proceeding relating to
the parcel of land more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED that the real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" is condemned to plaintiff City
of Gilroy for the public purpose of use as a roadway and other municipal purposes.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that a certified
copy of this Order be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, and, thereupon, title to said property described in Exhibit "A"

shall vest in plaintiff City of Gilroy and all interests of defendants in and to said real
property shall be and is hereby terminated.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real property
taxes, including any delinquencies, costs and interest, if any, shall be prorated in
accordance with Revenue and Taxation code section 5082 as of March 18,1999, the
effective date of the Order for Immediate Possession issued in this action, and such portion
of said taxes as is attributable to the period from and after said date is hereby canceled,
and that the lien for real property taxes, insofar as they a ect the subject property, be
canceled.
