Upon acceptance by the City, the Contractor's copy will be returned to him as his authority to proceed with the work. Description of Work Item 52: Provide for formwork, reinforcing, and all other changes /additions for boiler room floor, curb and pads in accordance with Clarification drawings 577 -1 through 4 issued under RFQ -72.
