to be Conveyed to the City of Gilroy
All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, being an easement for the installation and maintenance of public utilities
under, upon or over that certain parcel of land described as follows:
PARCEL ONE
Being a strip of land of a uniform width of 5.00 feet lying adjacent to and Northwesterly
of the Northwesterly terminus of Rancho Hills Drive and a portion of Lot 1, as shown
on Tract No. 8918, a map of which was filed for record in Book WO of Maps at pages
,41,V through # Santa Clara County Records
Said easement is bounded on the Southwest by the Northwesterly prolongation of the
Southwesterly line of said Rancho Hills Drive, and on the Northeast by a line parallel
with and distant 10.00 feet Northeasterly of the Northwesterly prolongation of the
Northeasterly line of said Rancho Hills Drive.
