STANDARD PACIFIC CORP., INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION ( "Grantor"), For
nOYAluaWerConsideration receipt of which is hereby acknowledged does hereby GRANTS to the
CITY OF GILROY, a Municipal Corporation of the State of California ( "Grantee "), an easement
for any and all public service purposes including, but not limited to, the construction and
maintenance of poles, wires, and conduits for storm drains, sanitary sewers, water lines, gas lines,
electric lines, telephone lines, television and traffic signal facilities, sidewalks, public utilities, and
appurtenances to all the above, over, under or across all that certain real property designated as
"Public Service Easement" (`PSE'), and situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara,
California, described in Exhibit "A" and shown in Exhibit "B ", both attached hereto and made a
part thereof. The above mentioned easements shall remain open and free from buildings and
structures and their appurtenances, except for irrigation systems and their appurtenances, lawful
fences, walkways, and all lawful unsupported roof overhangs.
See Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof, which description and
plat are by reference incorporated herein.

All that real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, being a portion of "Parcel E" as shown on the map entitled "Tract 10255, Vista
Bella ", filed March 17, 2015 in Book 881 of Maps, Pages 21 through 28, Records of
Santa Clara County, California, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Parcel E "; thence along the east line of
said "Parcel E ", N18 °25'09 "E, a distance of 19.67 feet; thence leaving said east line,
N71 °34'51 "W, a distance of 8.46 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S18 °25'09 "W,
a distance of 10.92 feet to the beginning of a non - tangent curve to the left, of which the
radius point lies S09 °02'26 "W, a radial distance of 2,645.50 feet; thence westerly along
said curve, through a central angle of 00 026'22 ", a distance of 20.28 feet; thence
