In future years, CMAP and SCYTF hope to expand the program to offer regular after- school classes, workshops, and summer camps for youth ages 10 - 18. The classes spark creativity, promote digital literacy, and provide a safe, positive after - school environment. This expanded programming would also include staffing a "digital gym" - an evening gathering for youth, focused on media arts and technology, that complements SCYTF's successful "night gym" program. 4835- 2267 -0361 v1 -2- LAC104706083 NOTE: Nothing in this contract or "Scope of Services" shall alter in any way CMAP's existing contract with the City of Gilroy and other local governments related to PEG cable access services. 4835 - 2267 -0361 v1 _3 _ LAQ04706083 EXHIBIT "C" MILESTONE SCHEDULE CMAP TV Pathway to Success Milestones: November 2015 - December 2016 November - December (2015) • Recruit and hire youth media coordinator • Listening sessions regarding youth in service area • Build relationships with potential partners • Develop workplace readiness curriculum & evaluation • Develop internship curriculum & evaluation Invoice 1 = $16,000 (Submit in December 2015) January - March 2016 • On -board and train youth media coordinator • Listening sessions regarding youth in service area • Finalize workplace readiness curriculum & evaluation • Finalize internship curriculum & evaluation • Build relationships with potential mentors, advisors • Publicize program and recruit youth participants, along with SCYTF and other partners • Interview youth applicants; select participants Invoice 2 = $7,000 (Submit in April 2016) April - June 2016 Workplace Readiness - Part I - up to 10 youth (new) 4835- 2267 -0361v1 LAC104706083 " 1 " • Recruit for summer programs • Interview and select participants Invoice 3 = $7,000 (Submit in July) June - August 2016 Workplace Readiness - Part 2 - up to 10 youth (same as Pt 1) Internship (Summer) - up to 4 youth (new) • Recruit for fall programs • Mid -year program evaluation No invoice this period; invoice to be submitted in October.
