PUBLIC USE EASEMENT I
An easement for any and all public service purposes including but not limited to sidewalks, poles, wires
and conduits for electrical, telephone, television, traffic signsls, gas, storm drain, sanitary sewer and water
services and any apputtenuces thereto lying under, over, on and across a portion of those lands conveyed
to Manuel and Maria Melo by grant deed filed May 24,1986 in gook J 637, Page 1858, Official Records of
Santa Clara County, California, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning, at the northwesterly corner of said lands, said corner bei=tg the southeast comer of Rosanna sad
Eighth Streets; thence along the northwesterly boundary of said lauds North 700 East 160.60 feet to the
most northerly corner thereof, thence along the northeasterly boundary of said lands South 20° East 10.00
feet; thence leaving said' northeasterly boundary South 70° West .10.67 feet; thence South 200 Bast 29.85
feet to the southeasterly boundary of said lands; thence along said southeasterly boundary South 69 057'26"

Records of Santa Clara County, California, being more particularly described as follows:.
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said lands; thence along the northwesterly boundary of said lands
North 700 East 119.40 feet to a point of curvature, said point being the most westerly corner of those lands
granted to the City of Gilroy by deed recorded June 1, 1988 in Book K 554, Page 1935, Official Records of
said County; thence along the common boundary of said lands of Main and City of Gilroy on a curve to the
right with a radius of 20.00 feet, through a central angle of 90 °, an arc distance of 31.42 feet to the most
southerly corner of said lands of the City of Gilroy; thence leaving said lands of the City of Gilroy along
the northeasterly boundary of said lands of Melo South 20° East 55.00 feet to the most easterly corner
thereof; thence along the southeasterly boundary of said lands of Melo South 70° West 10.00 feet; thence
leaving said boundary North 20° West 55.00 feet to a point of curvature; thence along a curve to the left
with .a radius of 10.00 feet, through a central angle of 90*, an arc distance of 15.71 feet to a point of
