delineated and designated as "Public Safety Easement" for emergency access purposes
only, Said easement shall continue in full force and effect until such time as additional
right - of-way for the extension and/or widening of the road is dedicated at which time said
temporary right- of-way shall terminate and be no further force and effect. Said easement

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR PUBLIC SAFETY EASEMENT
All that certain real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State
of California and being a portion of Lot 1, Block 11, as said lot is shown upon that certain
Map entitled, "North Gilroy Tract ", filed for record in Book "W" of Maps at Page 14, at
the Office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County, and being more particularly described
as follows-
BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of the parcel of land dedicated to the Santa
Clara Valley Water District by Document No. 13966917; thence, along the southerly
limit of the Santa Clara Valley Water District right -of -way, North 88° 35' 33" East, a
distance of 169.14 feet to an angle point in said right of way; thence, continuing along the
southerly limit of said right of way, South 68 009'54" East, a distance of 43.08 feet to the
easterly line of said Lot l; thence along said line, South 01 °23'38" East, a distance of
32.65 feet; thence leaving said line, North 68 °09'54" West, a distance of 49.79 feet;
thence South 88 °35'33" West, a distance of 162.98 feet to the westerly line of said Lot 1;
thence along said line North 01'24'03" West, a distance of 30.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING and containing an area of 6,375 square feet, more or less.

Creekview Properties, A General Partnership
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Public Safety Easement
grant dated February 13, 2003 from Creekview Properties, A General Partnership, to the City of
Gilroy, a municipal corporation of the State of California, is hereby accepted by the undersigned
officer or agent on behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No
99 -90 of the City of Gilroy adopted December 20, 1999, a certified copy of which resolution is on
