CREEKVIEW PROPERTIES A GENERAL PARTNERSHIP do hereby dedicate to the City of
Gilroy a strip of land delineated and designated as "Public Safety Easement" for emergency access
purposes only. Said easement shall continue in full force and effect until such time as additional
right -of -way for the extension and/or widening of the road is dedicated at which time said temporary
right -of -way shall terminate and be no further force and effect. Said easement shall be maintained by
Creekview Properties. Said temporary easement is described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR PUBLIC SAFETY EASEMENT
All that certain real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State
of California and being a portion of the Lands of Creekview Properties, a General
Partnership as said Lands axe described alid delineated in that certain Grant Deed, filed
for record on February 6, 1998 in Document Number 14043052, at the Office of the
Recorder of Santa Clara County, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of Lot 3 of Block 7, as said Lot is shown on
that certain Map entitled, "North Gilroy Tract ", filed for record in Book "W" of Maps at
Page 14, at said County Recorders Office; thence along the southerly line of said Lot 3,
South 88'35'12" West, a distance of 18.13 feet; thence leaving said line, North
O1 123'47" West, a distance of 65.24 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to
the southwest; thence along said curve having a radius of 42.00 feet, through a central
angle of 90 °00'52 ", an arc length of 65.98 feet; thence South 88 °35'21" West, a distance
of 68.54 feet; thence South 86 °03'34" West, a distance of 36.39 feet; thence South
89 °14'50" West, a distance of 73.62 feet to the westerly line of said Lot 3; thence along
said line, North 01 '23'38" West, a distance of 24.00 feet; thence leaving said line, North
89 °14'50" East, a distance of 73.22 feet; thence North 86 °03'34" East, a distance of
36.26 feet; thence North 88 °35'21" East, a distance of 141.08 feet; thence South
O1 °23'47" East, a distance of 131.25 feet to the southerly line of said Lot 3; thence along
said line, South 88 °35'12" West, a distance of 11.87 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING and containing an area of 9,610 square feet, more or less.
