CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the certain Tract Map filed August 16, 2002 in
Book 751 of Maps at pages 6 & 9, Santa Clara County Records, being a map of the lands
entitled Tract No. 9270, is corrected as follows:
Paragraph 2 in the Owner's Statement, page 1, reads: We hereby dedicate to
public use and offer to dedicate to the City of Gilroy the streets and portions thereof not
heretofore existing, designated as Ronan Avenue, Bazos Street, and Bosque Street and a
\-- public service easement (P.S.E.) as shown upon this map; said dedications and offers of
dedication are for any and all public uses under, upon and over said streets and portions
thereof.
Paragraph 1 in the Statement of the City Clerk, page 1, reads: The map of "Tract
No. 9270" subdivision, having been presented to the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, on the 5`h day of Aug. 2002, it is hereby ordered by said Council that the said
map be, the same is hereby approved. It is ordered that Ronan Avenue, Taos Way, Bazos
Street, Bosque Street and easements dedicated upon said map be accepted on behalf of
the public. Public service easements (P.S.E.) dedicated upon said map shall be accepted
on behalf of the public.

CORRECTION:
