This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Right of Way
Dedication Grant Deed from JAMES W. HOEY AND DEBRA J. HOEY, OR THEIR
SUCCESSOR (S), TRUSTEES UNDER REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED
APRIL 12, 2991, AS AMENDED dated October 27, 2016 to the City of Gilroy, a municipal
