This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Right of Way
Dedication Grant Deed � from JAMES W. HOEY AND DEBRA J. HOEY, OR THEIR
SUCCESSOR (S), TRUSTEES UNDER REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED
APRIL 12, 2991, AS AMENDED dated October 27, 2016 to the City of Gilroy, a municipal
corporation of the State of California, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on
behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 2015 -55 of the

Land Description of that parcel of land situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, same being portions of Parcel 1 as created on that Parcel Map filed on
September 10, 2008 in Book 827 of Maps at Pages 12 through 13, Official Records of said
County, and being more particularly described as follows:
Right -of -Way Dedication Parcel A
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Parcel 1; Thence along the west line of Parcel 1,
North 000 39'40" West - 14.50 feet; Thence crossing through Parcel 1 for the following eight (8)
courses: (1) North 890 59'23" East - 157.00 feet for the beginning of a curve to the left, (2) in an
easterly direction, 84.37 feet along the arc of said curve to the left, having a radius of 585.50
feet, through a central angle of 080 15' 22 ", (3) North 81' 44' 02" East - 75.56 feet for the
beginning of a curve to the left, (4) in a northeasterly direction, 48.75 feet along the arc of said
