Gilroy Pacific Associates II, a California Limited Partnership ( "GRANTOR "), does hereby grant to
the City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation of the State of California ( "CITY "), a perpetual and
exclusive easement for Ingress and Egress of Emergency Vehicles, in, under, over, upon, and across
all that certain real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, California,
described in Exhibit "A" and shown in Exhibit "B" ( "PROPERTY "), both attached hereto and made
a part hereof, which description and plat are by reference incorporated herein.
The real property described in Exhibit "A" and shown in Exhibit `B" ( "Property") is dedicated as an
easement to the City of Gilroy for Ingress and Egress of Emergency Vehicles over those certain
areas designated as "Emergency Vehicle Access Easement" (EVAE). The above - mentioned
easements shall remain open and free from structures and their appurtenances.

Legal Description to Accompany a Dedication of an
Emergency Vehicle Access Easement
All that real property lying within the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, being an easement, 26 feet in width, for emergency vehicle access
purposes lying over, on and across a portion of Lot 92 as shown on that certain
map of Tract No. 9950, 'Harvest Park', filed November 29, 2012 in Book 857' of
Maps, at Pages 15 -28, Records of said County, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the point of the southerly boundary of said Lot 92, said point being
North 82 051'37" East 114.75 feet from the southwest corner of said Lot; thence
leaving said boundary North 6 °58'13" West 165.63 feet to a point of curvature;
thence along a curve to the right with a radius of 52.00 feet, through a central
angle of 89 °49'50 ", an arc distance of 81.53 feet to a point of tangency; thence
North 82 051'37" East 60.88 feet to a point of curvature; thence along a curve to
the right with a radius of 52.00 feet, through a central angle of 15 041'25 ", an arc
