Land Description of two parcels of land situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, same being a portion of Parcel 3 as created by that certain Parcel Map filed
on September 28, 1976 in Book 380 of Maps at Page 42, Official Records of said County, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Right -of -Way Dedication Parcel
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Parcel 3; Thence along the east line of Parcel 3,
South 00° 39'40" East - 12.93 feet; Thence across Parcel 3, South 890 59' 23" West - 59.32
feet to a point on the north line of Parcel 3; Thence along said north line for the following two (2)
courses: (1) North 430 44'48" East - 17.15 feet, and (2) North 890 19' 53" East - 47.31 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
Containing 673 square feet, more or less.
Public Service Easement Parcel
