(Kern Avenue Emergency Vehicle Access Easement)
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, ROGER A.
BURCH, Trustee, and MICHELE BURCH. Trustee of the RMR Revocable Family Trust
dated, February 5, 1999, ( "GRANTOR "), does hereby grant to the City of Gilroy, a municipal
corporation of the State of California ( "CITY "), a non - conclusive easement (the "Easement ") for
Ingress and Egress of Emergency Vehicles, in, under, over, upon, and across all that certain real
property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, California, described in Exhibit "A"
and shown in Exhibit `B ", both attached hereto and made a part hereof, which description and plat
are by reference incorporated herein.
The real property described in Exhibit "A" and shown in Exhibit `B" is dedicated as an easement to
the City of Gilroy for Ingress and Egress of Emergency Vehicles over those certain areas designated
as "Emergency Vehicle Access Easement" (EVAE). The above - mentioned easements shall remain
open and free from structures and their appurtenances.

adopted October 26, 2015, a certified copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, document #23133758, dated
November 3, 2015 and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
