All that real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, being
a portion of "Lot 85" as shown on the map entitled "Tract 10279, Hoey South ", filed June 17, 2016
in Book 893 of Maps, at Pages 32 through 41, Records of Santa Clara County, California, being
more particularly described as follows:
RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION
Beginning at the southwest corner of said "Lot 85 "; thence along the west line of said "Lot 85 ",
N00 039'40 "W, a distance of 13.32 feet to the beginning of a non - tangent curve to the left, from
which the radius point bears N31 °15'15 "E, a radial distance of 49.50 feet; thence leaving said
west line, easterly along said curve, through a central angle of 42 °38'39 ", a distance of 36.84 feet
to the south line of said "Lot 85 "; thence along said south line, S78 036'36 "W, a distance of 36.01

Our records indicate that your public agency recently acquired title to a parcel of land within
Santa Clara County. As required by Revenue and Taxation Code §§ 5082.1, all public entities
are required to do all of the following:
a) Provide the local assessor and auditor a copy of the instrument evidencing the
acquisition of property by the entity; ,
b) Indicate on the instrument referred to in subdivision (a) the date of apportionment;
c) Request the auditor to cancel taxes for the remaining portion of the fiscal year after the
