certain real property designated as "Right -of- Way Dedication" and " Public Service

PUBLIC STREET RIGHT OF WAY
All that real property lying within the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, being a strip of land, 13 feet in width, for Public Street Right of Way
purposes lying under, over, on and across a portion of Lot 12 as shown on that
certain `Map of the Gilroy Land Co.'s Suburban Tract' filed in Book 72" of Maps,
at Page 37, Records of said County, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the southeasterly boundary of said Lot 12, said point
being North 64 °40'00" East 30.00 feet from the most southwesterly corner of said
Lot, said point also being the most southeasterly corner of that 30 foot wide Right
of Way deeded to the County of Santa Clara May 16, 1977 in Book C 829, at
Page 211 of Official Records of said County; thence leaving said boundary along
the northeasterly line of said Right of Way North 26 °20'00" West 267.96 feet to a
point on the northwesterly boundary of said Lot 12; thence leaving said Right of
Way line along said northwesterly boundary North 64 °40'00" East 13.00 feet to a
point; thence leaving said boundary along a line parallel to said Right of Way line

the Gilroy Land Co.'s Suburban Tract' filed in Book 'F2" of Maps, at Page 37,
Records of said County, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southeasterly boundary of said Lot 12, said point
being North 64 °40'00" East 43.00 feet from the most southwesterly corner of said
Lot, said point also being North 64 040'00" East 13.00 feet from the most
southeasterly corner of that 30 foot wide Right of Way deeded to the County of
Santa Clara May 16, 1977 in Book C 829, at Page 211 of Official Records of said
County; thence leaving said boundary along a line being parallel to the
