Homes, Inc., a California Corporation affecting the real property commonly referred to as Tract
9559 Rancho Hills / Deerpark Phase II Lots 57 through 61, 77 through 86, and 97 through 101,
recorded September 1, 2010 under Instrument No. 20852501, Official Records of the Santa Clara
County Recorder, State of California for the stated Fee Deferral Agreement are now complete
and paid for, and are therefore hereby satisfied, released and discharged for the parcels described
in said Agreement.
