Dear Mr. Hipilito Olmos:
CSG Consultants appreciates the opportunity to provide services to the City of Gilroy and it is our goal
to continue providing quality services. In accordance with the agreement between Gilroy and CSG,
dated March 19, 2018, we are providing you with advance notice that we will adjust the applicable fee
schedule by a CPI effective July 1, 2019 that will be reflected in our August 2019 invoices.
We are indexing the applicable hourly billing rates 3.3 percent in accordance with the April 2019
Consumer Price Index for All Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for San Francisco -
Oakland -Hayward area. Exhibit A is the applicable billing rate schedule effective July 1, 2019.

Effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020
CSG's fee schedule which includes fees for personnel providing the proposed scope of work is provided in the table
below. We will coordinate the pickup and return of all plans via CSG staff or a licensed courier service. This service is
provided at no additional cost.
Plan review based on a percentage of plan check fees includes initial plan review and two subsequent reviews.
Additional reviews will be charged at the appropriate hourly rate indicated below.

All hourly rates include overhead costs including, but not limited to, salaries, benefits, Workers Compensation
Insurance, travel and office expenses. Overtime work will be billed at 1.5x the hourly rates indicated in the table above.
On July 1st of each year, CSG will initiate a rate increase based on change in CPI for the applicable region. CSG will mail
an invoice at the beginning of every month forservices rendered during the previous month.
