This covers the cost to Management Partners of deploying Greg to serve Gilroy on a temporary basis, instead of staffing other consulting projects. It includes weekly oversight and support provided throughout the duration of Greg's direct employment as Gilroy's interim community development director. In addition to this fee, we recommend a contingency of $9,000 for any other associated Management Partners' services that might be desired and approved by you in advance through this engagement. The contingency would be paid on an hourly basis, with approval of the City, depending on the authorized work. Conclusion We appreciate the opportunity to be of assistance once again to the City of Gilroy. We believe our past work reviewing the Community Development Department organization and the City's permitting processes, as well as the uniquely qualified staff we can make available during this particularly demanding employment market, combine to make our proposal of unique benefit to the City of Gilroy. Please feel free to contact Jan Perkins (949) 202-8870 or Greg Larson (408) 761-1326 if you have any questions about this proposal. Sincerely, Andrew S.
