CITY OF GILROY AND TJKM TRANSPORTATION CONSULTANTS FOR CONTRACT
SERVICES DATED JULY 23, 2018
AMENDMENT NO. 1
This Amendment shall become effective when it has been signed by the Department Head, Project Engineer,
City Engineer, and Consultant. All copies forwarded to Consultant for signature shall be returned to the City of
Gilroy properly filled out. Upon acceptance by the City, the Consultant's copy will be returned to him as his
authority to proceed with the work.
This amendment includes the following services:
• Conduct speed survey radar observation for 11 locations for a total cost of $1,155
• Revise and update speed survey report in addition to the 2 revisions provided in the original
contract price for a total cost of $1,535.
• Attend additional meetings with City Council for a total cost of $1,141.
The total cost of this amendment shall be $3,831.00. The total contract shall be amended from $38,810.00
to $42,641.00
All requirements of the original Agreement Documents shall apply to the above work except as specifically
modified by this Amendment. The contract time shall not extend unless expressly provided for in this
Amendment.
TJKM Transportation Consultants hereby agrees to make the above changes subject to the terms of this
Amendment for ongoing maintenance services.
