Resolution No. 2022-05 | Amending FY 21-22 Budget | Adopted 01/24/2022 Resolution No. 2022-05 Page 1 of 1 January 24, 2022 RESOLUTION NO. 2022-05 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF GILROY FOR 2021-2022 AND APPROPRIATING PROPOSED EXPENDITURE AMENDMENTS WHEREAS, the City Administrator prepared and submitted to the City Council a budget for the City of Gilroy for Fiscal Years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, and the City Council carefully examined, considered and adopted the same on June 7, 2021; and WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared and submitted to the City Council proposed amendments to said budget for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 for the City of Gilroy in the staff report dated January 24, 2022 for the City Hall Backup Generator Project, City Project No. 21-PW-268. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy that the appropriations for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 in Fund 651 – Facility Services shall be increased by $183,185.
