Subject:EXTERNAL - Smoking in apartment complexes and multi family units

Last year while in a Zoom city council meeting a ban on smoking in parks was unanimously
passed. I realize that smoking in future apartment complexes is, also, prohibited. I haven't
seen any action taken on existing multiple units, where residents live within close proximity
and whose health can be affected. Is this to be reviewed at some point in time.
