City Clerk, Council City Members and Mayor:
I am writing to encourage the city to approve the non-binding term sheet to bring
Shark's Ice to Gilroy. I have been a Gilroy resident for 15 years.
I am deeply involved within the community, helping local charities and businesses.
I also sit on 3 local boards to help the community grow.
We love living in Gilroy and we love the people in Gilroy.
We are a family of 4 with 2 young teenagers who take part in all the community
sports activities.
We are also very active with contributions to charities, helping serve at the supper
kitchen. cleanup days and spend quality time helping charities whenever we can. We
will be working at the Garlic City Car Show this weekend!
I believe that this project will help the city grow its core activity and grow the business
for all downtown as well.
Having this ice rink in our city would absolutely make that dream possible for so
many!
