Resolution No. 2022-65 | Budget Amendment for FY 2022-2023 and Appropriating Expenditure Amendments | Adopted 08/15/2022 RESOLUTION NO. 2022-65 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF GILROY FOR 2022-2023 AND APPROPRIATING PROPOSED EXPENDITURE AMENDMENTS WHEREAS, the City Administrator prepared and submitted to the City Council a budget for the City of Gilroy for Fiscal Years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, and the City Council carefully examined, considered and adopted the same on June 7, 2021; and WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared and submitted to the City Council proposed amendments to said budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 for the City of Gilroy in the staff report dated August 15, 2022 for the Gourmet Alley and Railroad Alley Pedestrian and Bicycle Beautification Improvements Project, City Project No. 22-RFP-PW-478. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the appropriations for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 in Fund 487 (Downtown Beautification) shall be increased by $3,960,765.
