Resolution No. 2022-68 | Amending FY 22-23 Budget; Traffic Safety Grants Fund | Adopted 09/12/2022 RESOLUTION NO. 2022-68 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF GILROY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 IN THE OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY GRANTS FUND AND APPROPRIATING PROPOSED EXPENDITURE AMENDMENTS WHEREAS, the City Administrator prepared and submitted to the City Council a budget for the City of Gilroy for Fiscal Years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, and the City Council carefully examined, considered, and adopted the same on June 7, 2021; and WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared and submitted to the City Council a proposed amendment to said budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 for the City of Gilroy in the staff report dated September 12, 2022 for the Office of Traffic Safety Grants Fund, appropriating funding received from the Office of Traffic Safety; and WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and considered the same and is satisfied with said budget amendments. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT appropriations in the Office of Traffic Safety Grants Fund, is hereby increased by $95,000 for Fiscal Year 2022-2023.
