Resolution No. 2022-77 | Budget Amendment Fiscal Year 2022-23 | Adopted 10/03/2022 RESOLUTION NO. 2022-77 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF GILROY FOR 2022-2023 AND APPROPRIATING PROPOSED EXPENDITURE AMENDMENTS WHEREAS, the City Administrator prepared and submitted to the City Council a budget for the City of Gilroy for Fiscal Years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, and the City Council carefully examined, considered, and adopted the same on June 7, 2021; and WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared and submitted to the City Council proposed amendments to said budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 for the City of Gilroy in the staff report dated October 3, 2022, for the Energy Conservation Measures to be implemented by Syserco Energy Solutions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the appropriations for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 in Fund 625 – Equipment Outlay shall be increased by $3,685,718; and Fund 100 – General Fund be increased by $685,718 and transferred to Fund 625 – Equipment Outlay to fully fund the energy conservation measures project.
